Project goal: popularization of civic engagement mechanisms in Kvemo Kartly municipality and facilitating active engagement ot local community based organization as well as initiative groups in the process.

Target group:
- Direct beneficiaries – over 100 representatives of community based organizations in 5 targeted municipalities;
- Indirect beneficiaries – over 750 activists of community based organizations of 50 communities.

Project activities:
- Establishment of initiative groups of active community members in all targeted municipalities (over 100 members);
- Capacity building of the groups (10 training rounds) and raising their awareness of relevant legislature and potential project opportunities;
- Organization of public meetings by members of initiative groups in over 50 communities (in their native languages);
Providing regular, ongoing consultancy to initiative groups.
