Coverage area: 13 municipalities in 6 regions of Georgia.

Target group: administration of targeted municipalities (mayors and gamgebelis), state representatives in regions/Governors, the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia.

Project activities:

  1. Analysis of inter-municipality cooperation;
  2. Needs assessment;
  3. Informational support to the experts’ group;
  4. Identification of municipalities for implementing joint projects;
  5. Providing support for municipalities to implement joint projects;
  6. Providing ongoing consultancy during implementation process.
