Coverage area: 13 municipalities in 6 regions of Georgia.
Target group: administration of targeted municipalities (mayors and gamgebelis), state representatives in regions/Governors, the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia.

- Providing support for municipalities to implement joint projects;
